Flat roofing is more commonly used for commercial properties such as larger buildings, complexes, and malls. You home may also have a flat roof on or part of it.

Having noted that, we use both TPO and SBS modified membranes. We can also install coating roofing systems to suffice your needs. All are excellent choices given the situation, and require no open flames or hot messy tar to apply.
The main difference is look and application. TPO looks like a smooth reflective plastic, SBS modified looks like a traditional asphalt roof, and coating roofing systems vary in aesthetics.
